Here for the details
From finding a home to finding the front door, start with the next step for your stay.
Have your booking reference ready. Keep private trip links and entry codes out of public messages.
Topics
01 · Before booking
Browse homes with or without dates. Add check-in, checkout, and everyone travelling for a price preview, then pick dates on a home’s calendar to see each night’s rate, fees, and taxes. Review the rooms, rules, cancellation policy, full price, and any separate deposit before reserving.
A saved quote lasts 30 minutes. It doesn’t hold the home; availability is checked again when the reservation is submitted. Instant confirmation and host approval are different booking modes, shown before you commit.
Find a stay02 · Returning to your stay
After a successful booking, save the trip link including its agreement details. It grants access to your reservation. There’s no guest account, email lookup, or online link reissue, and an email confirmation isn’t guaranteed.
If a booking submission is interrupted, check the saved trip link or contact support before reserving again. A used quote can’t recover its original booking result online.
03 · Arrival & during your stay
Confirm your address, arrival time, parking, and entry instructions directly with the host before travelling. Your trip page shows the published times and area; it doesn’t issue entry codes or complete check-in.
For a lockout, an accessibility question, a problem with the home, or a change to your arrival time, use the published host contact. Visiting this page doesn’t send an in-app message.
04 · When plans change
Date changes, extensions, a different home, or guest-party amendments need host assistance. An enquiry or a new reservation doesn’t amend an existing booking.
Eligible pending and confirmed stays offer cancellation on the private trip page. The final confirmation immediately cancels the reservation and releases its dates. Any refund or deposit return is a separate policy review; cancelling doesn’t promise an amount or timeline.
Manage your trip05 · Payment, deposit & refunds
There’s no online card checkout. Payment method, timing, receipts, and any deposit are arranged with the host. Never put card numbers or identity documents in arrival notes.
Your trip shows host-recorded payment, refund, and deposit entries. A refund status doesn’t prove funds reached your account; a pending refund is a liability, not a transfer. A deposit marked held, captured, or released is also a recorded status. Ask the host for supporting payment or transfer evidence.
For a disputed charge or damage deduction, contact the host with your booking reference and supporting information. Online claim or dispute submission isn’t available.
